I'd amend "Finboard regulations" to "Finboard and LEF/ARCADE regulations,"
personally. I feel that LEF/ARCADE could be better advertised (but see
below, as well).

* emails to asa-official@mit.edu
* (potentially) emails to undergrads@mit.edu
* updating / streamlining / cross-referencing the UA, ASA, and Finboard
webpages
* working with SAFO to ensure that Fresh Fund is mentioned during
treasurer training (for that matter, I'm not even sure if LEF/ARCADE is
typically mentioned - I don't quite recall from the time I attended
treasurer training. In any event, I think it should be). This is a piece
of advocacy that would be best achieved by the UA Treasurer, IMHO.
Is there some way of reaching all incoming freshmen, consistently? Perhaps
ASA could hand out a pamhplet about student group funding at the Fall
Activities Midway.
I can also work on getting some of this information into How To Get Around
MIT. At the moment, Finboard is mentioned briefly in the "Student
Activities" section, under the "Student Goverment" heading; the ASA and UA
are also mentioned, but nothing about LEF/ARCADE. I imagine I can
convince the current editor-in-chief to drop a few pages about student
group funding at the end of the Student Activities section.
