The internet-drafts locker is now available (and has been since 16
Jan). It contains a relatively up-to-date (currently it gets as far
off as about 56 hours, but I will have the mirroring script run
automagically in the near future and it should be off by no longer
than 24 hours; I plan to have it mirror at 8:00am) mirror of the
/internet-drafts directory on ietf.cnri.reston.va.us.
This service is inteneded to to be in the vein of the rfc locker,
and so is mounted on /afs/athena/reference/internet-draft. [*]
