I've installed ghc 6.2 in the ghc locker for i386_rh9 and
sun4x_59.

ghc is a compiler for the Haskell programming language.
Haskell is a "purely functional language, featuring static
typing, higher-order function, polymorphism, type classes
and monadic effects" [http://haskell.org]. It's kind of
like ML and its descendants, but different.

Also installed is some HTML documentation describing the
language and the compiler in /mit/ghc/www, or equivalently,
http://web.mit.edu/ghc/www
