I've updated DS9 on Athena to 7.2. DS9 is an astronomical imaging and
data visualization application supporting FITS images. From my message
to users:
DS9 on Athena has been updated to 7.2 and the pyds9 module has been
added. Release notes are at
http://hea-www.harvard.edu/RD/ds9/site/Whats_New.html
and are also accessible through the internal help system.

To run it:
add ds9
ds9 & (to run IDE)
ds9python (to run pyds9)
To run the prior 6.2 for a limited time:
add ds9
ds9 -ver 6.2 &
