I've updated the meme/mast suite of DNA sequence analysis tools on
Athena to 4.9.0. From my message to users:
meme/mast on Athena have been updated to 4.9.0 and this release has been
made the default.
We have changed the launch setup command from "add" to "setup" to make
the many command-line utilities more easily accessible; to run these
applications now:
setup meme
in the window that opens, type:
meme <dataset> <options>
mast <motif-file> <sequence file> <options>
or
<utility command> <options> <datafiles>
