I've updated the COPASI biochemical network simulator on Athena to 4.10.
To run it:
add copasi
CopasiUI & (GUI version)
CopasiSE (command-line version)

COPASI has been updated to 4.10 and this version has been made the
default.
To run the prior 4.6 release for a limited time:
add copasi
CopasiUI -ver 4.6 & (GUI version)
CopasiSE -ver 4.6 (command-line version)
