After months of my being lame, aeneas.mit.edu (formerly
ftp.gnu.org) now has up to date versions of all GNU software available
for ftp. Aeneas will mirror ftp.gnu.org nightly from now on, so the
contents will remain current. Aeneas will continue to give preference
to incoming connections from mit.edu hosts, as it has in the past, so
you may want to use aeneas in the future when you need to download GNU
software on MITnet. Any questions about or problems with aeneas should
be reported to ops@mit.edu.
