I've finished building and installing the GNU plot utilities version 2.2 in
the SIPB locker. This new major release replaces version 2.1.6, which has
been removed from the locker. (2.2 is a little bigger than 2.1.6, hence the
recent synctree errrors - sorry!) The change should be transparent to users.
