100mb service.patches created

I created a 100mb volume "service.patches" mounted on
/afs/sipb/service/patches for storing Solaris patches in.
At the moment, the goal is to store 2.6 patches as I work
together install procedures for Solaris SIPB afs servers.
In the future it may expand.
