It's fixable, but we shouldn't rely on /mit/afsdev/bld*.  We could ask
ops to keep copies of the whole build tree (instead of just the dest
ree) in /mit/ops/src/afs, if we want to use ops binaries and still
have access to a source tree.

Well, I'd go along with it.  But it means that every configuration
change has to be written as shell code to effect the change, so it
increases the skill set necessary to do server maintenance.
