OK, I've done this. except that I let arron fix most of the
mountpoints. I also mounted project.tex on tex-new so newnewtex usres
wouldn't lose (at aaron's request) and realt with the existing
project.tex.fonts by renaming it to project.tex-old.fonts and nuking
its ROs.
