I rebuilt the kernel on penguin-lust with the new ip_output.o and
tcp_usrreq.o from this patch. Before the reboot, I updated
/etc/athena/afsd and /usr/vice/etc/modload/libafs.o to the versions in
use on our other Sun servers. Also, after the reboot, I corrected the
broadcast address in /etc/rc.local.

Assuming the new kernel continues to work, I think this patch should
be installed on all of the other 4.1.3_U1 machines. Presumably this
should happen on reynelda before reynelda becomes a database server,
to minimize the likely impact of the outage.

Incidentally, the files in the 101790-01 tar file that was available
on a web site somewhere did have the same md5 checksums as the ones in
the tar file John and jhawk obtained from Sun.
