DLT returns

With the help of kretch, marthag and yonah,the DLT was
installed on btc. It's back to using /dev/rmt/0c, and
/usr/afs/backup/tapeconfig has been updated.
I tried a restore of project.sipb off the most recent backup,
and that worked OK, so I beleive that the drive works OK. I already
delete the restore volume because it was fairly large.
