Mycroft asked for space for hardware, protocol and other
documentation for things like SCSI controllers, SCSI protocol,
ethernet controllers, etc. After discussing with mhpower, we decided
to put this in /afs/sipb/contrib/doc/specs. I created the appropriate
volume and mounted it.
Charles says that the volume may grow to as large as 100M as
some of the specs are large pdf files. I gave it an initial quota of
50M.
