Easy, right?

Well, you can only install Windows under DOS booted, so it'd have to be done 
in a somewhat tricky way.  You could install it on your DOS FAT-formatted 
partition, and then xcopy it under OS/2 and delete it off the FAT-formatted 
partition to get OS/2 to recognize it, then install Windows support using 
Selective Install.  Note: I've never tried this (although I may try it over 
the weekend with my new install at home...  I got a new hard drive for 
Christmas :)

These two are easy.

Not possible if you want OS's on different partitions or OS/2 on an HPFS 
partition.  However, it is possible to get something sort of like that, where 
Boot manager times out after five seconds and defaults to the operating system 
selected last time the system was booted.  I use that setup myself, I don't 
know if that'd be an acceptable alternative to what you want...
