Lisa Langon, Cryogenics Lab, 41-202, x3-2584, called about the hard
drive in her IBM PS/2 model 70 386. Whatever the problem is, Lou has
fixed it in the past by taking the cover off the drive and "shaking" it.
She said that he said it is a very delicate process. ;) She asked that
she be called before someone comes to look at it.
