The spirit of the campaign says NOTHING about the use of the Bush Fund.
Unless you changed the election code THAT much since last year. My personal
opinion is that the UA needs to stop keeping its particularistic benefits to
its own exclusive self and start sharing with the rest of MIT, like it's
supposed to.

Even were it illegal, the UA is an Undergraduate Association, elected by the
student population, many who think that this is a valid electoral policy. If
it is not, perhaps the rules should be reviewed.

If the UA can not adequately meet the needs of the student population,
perhaps we (meaning MIT undergrads) should think of alternative
representation methods to the administration.

Our decision,
Due to campaigning against the spirit of the campaign, the election
commission
and the UA would immediatley revoke Creighton and Brar's position, if they
win a position.
Therefore all Creighton and Brar votes are now void and those who voted for
them will have their next votes counted. It is the election commission's
duty to elect officers of high standards. Creighton and Brar do not live up
to these standards as shown by their unfair campaign tactics.
