Obviously, we appeal as is our privilege in Article 3 Section D, and of
course votes cannot be discarded until the appeal has been heard.
Also you never informed us that such a decision was being made tonight as
was our privilege in Article 3 section A.
Among other things, we think that it is unfair and unethical to
retroactively apply rules to people. The statement of candidacy uses the
phrase "I _____ hereby ....." not "I _____ have ...."
Please let us know when our appeal will be heard.
