not only does it not address the point, she actually implies
that chipping away at privacy rights will *improve* mental
health care. she clearly has no understanding of the nature
of most therapist-patient relationships, and decided
to fill a column with assumptions and misreprentations.
she's advocating a very irresponsible position.
does mit have a "suicide problem"? yes. do we solve it
by making people (more) afraid to seek therapy? uh, no.
