I've thought about having to face the same dilemma (what if we had
a war and I had to help out), and while I'd hate to work for the
military, the following thought sometimes makes things not so bad:
if they hire you instead of someone else, then at least you can do
it in your non-warlike way; perhaps someone else would end up adding
new features to an atomic bomb to have it go off at 23:59:59 on
Dec. 31, 1999 because he/she hated the human race (ok, this is exaggerating).
I don't know.
Hey, at least you're not going to work in advertising. Now, *that* I
would say is definitely selling your soul. (or being a lawyer and arguing
cases you don't believe in)
