well, two-three feet of snow means two-three inches of rain... living in LA, i haven't seen blizzards, but i have seen storms that dumped an inch of rain, and those really aren't pretty at all... i don't want to think what it'd be like to get two-three inches of rain, so likewise, i'm not sure i want to see two-three feet of snow...
