I don't think you're abusing this meeting at all. It's here to give
people a chance to tell their stories and hopefully feel better in the
sharing process, but I think we all have reasons to be depressed which
we would not be willing to post in our own names -- at least I do.
During freshman year I called Nightline a couple of times and never gave
my name.
I agree with Richard's advice: seek a friend out to talk to about it.
Many people at MIT are good listeners, even if at times the firehose
effect prevents us from giving as much time to be there for our friends
than we would like.
