You're making the unwarrented assumption that "Course Six" knows about
these things. Unlike most departments, the only courses the
Undergraduate Office knows very much about are the ones that are
taught by professors who reside in that office, i.e. Gould and
Roberge. Many other departments are centralized, so that the office
knows who's giving what problem sets when. The only way Course Six
will find out about illegal problem sets is if students tell Anne.
