It really bothers me sometimes that people have so much trouble with
their parents. I don't have much trouble dealing with mine; on the
other hand, I don't do it very often, because I've never been very good
about keeping in touch with people, *any* people.
Some tales I've heard about parents who do not fall into the category of
those who basically mean well make me realize how lucky I've been. And
make me wish I did a better job of keeping in touch with those close
to me. :-(
