In my case, I was viewing a text/html attachment, not a link from within a
message, and I was not presented with those options. I tried setting

  url-viewers = "/bin/athena/attachandrun infoagents lynx _URL_"

from within the pine configuration, but this didn't work; it simply ran
the equivalent command from the global pine4.conf.

I don't have time to test this further right now, but when I do, I will
get back to you. Thanks for your help.

Andrew
