It's not possible to turn ispell on in exmh (no On choice is presented).
Helptext suggests this is because the version of ispell installed is too
old. This isn't really adequte. ispell should be installed in the sipb
locker (or elsewhere) if a more recent cut is necessary. Contrariwise,
if a newer version of ispell is already installed somewhere, the exmh
defaults should be updated to use it instead of the binary called
"ispell".
