Hello,
You'd probably be interested in looking at OLC's answers about
account quotas. If you type at the athena prompt:
athena% olc answers
you will be able to read the answers. Most useful might be:
2* ACCOUNTS Answers
2 Disk QUOTA exceeded
3 How to get below your QUOTA
