well, I've tried to use tcl to build pilot-link, in the past.
Generally the problem was that on netbsd (and maybe some other
platforms, but I'm sure about netbsd) the config fragment was outright
wrong, and it was not possible to build using that tree.
If the tcl locker is being maintained, I'll try another round of
builds and see how it goes...
