1) bug-sipb@mit.edu is an inappropriate place to send this message; the
correct addresses are irc@irc.mit.edu (for irc.mit.edu) and irc-admin@mit.edu
(for irc-2.mit.edu).
2) I am the administrator of both of these servers. I have no interest in
linking either of them to other networks at this time.
