I installed teh new binary on TLA, so all of the webster servers are
running it now. I also noted that it now provides a definition for
"altair" ([6713} in bug-sipb).
On a related note /afs/sipb/project/sipbsrc is not the same as
/afs/sipb/project/sipb/src, and the build trees appear to only be in
the former.
