I've created /mit/sipb/arch/sun4* as symlinks to the proper
directories (/mit/sipb/sun4*) and I've also created a /mit/sipb/share.
This should make it easier to transition in the direction of the new
SIPB locker organization.
I've also started installing tgif 3.0p7 into the SIPB locker.
I've installed it (as tgif-3.0.7) for Linux, IRIX, and Solaris.
I'll announce it once it's installed for other platforms.
