I have installed a new version of idraw in /mit/sipb/vaxbin. This
version supports X resources properly, should be more or less ICCCM
compliant, and has such neat features as properly drawn rotated text
and color support. Old idraw should should be upwards compatible. In
case something breaks, the old idraw is in idraw.old.
