I copied and installed nol on a microvax. Everything seems to work fine except
that when I try to nol myself (as a test) I do not get anything out. I
noticed that the file /usr/spool/rwho/whod* that it is supposed to
read does not exist (neither on the microvax, nor on Athena) I do not
know whether this is causing the problem or whether this is the way
the rwho daemon works. Do you have any quick fixes? What is the
difference in format in the /usr/spool/rwho/whod* file that the rwho
daemon uses and the /etc/utmp file that who uses? (I was thinking that
I could use the who daemon instead of the rwho, it produces output as
opposed to rwho)
Thanks
