There was an installation bug in fig2dev. The command "fig2dev -L
pstex foo.fig", which supposedly generates a LaTeX file from the Xfig
drawing, was generating LaTeX 2e code. I fixed the Imakefile so it
generates Latex pre-2e code, and have re-installed it for Decs, Suns,
and RS6ks.
