I installed a new version of transfig, which contains the "transfig"
and "fig2dev" binaries, in the sipb locker.
"fig2dev" is run by xfig to convert figures to encapsulated
postscript. This new version is needed by the new version of xfig,
which was recently installed in sipb as "xfig.new". It seems to work
with the old version of xfig as well.
