Idraw broken for RISC/6000s

During testing of 3.AIX 3.2.5 for the winter release, we
determined that Idraw wasn't working because of a shared library
conflict loading libX11.a. After investigation, it appears that Idraw
may not have been relinked since AIX 3.1.6. Anyway, we also found
that Idraw doesn't work on current Athena platforms, giving the same
error.
