If you:
1) walk up to a workstation that is screensaved, and has the logout
button displayed
2) hit return to get the password prompt
3) let the password window time out
Two things will happen:
1) the password window will go away and (this is good)
2) the logout button will go away (this is a bug)
I've seen this on the DEC and VAX and have not attempted to repeat it
on other platforms.
