Current versions of the SIPB OLH docs should be put into the directory
/afs/sipb/project/doc/current. I was going to do this, but I thought
Calvin was taking over because he wanted to fix something else.
Clearly, there was a communication failure somewhere. I'll get it
dealt with RSN. Sorry for the trouble.
