OK, right now in /afs/sipb/project/doc/current we have:
SIPB Documentation
1 An Inessential Guide to Athena iAthena.dvi
2 Using Discuss discuss.PS

4 Inessential AFS iAFS.dvi
5 How to use xdvi xdvi.dvi
6 Netnews: A One-Page Guide to the Usenet onepage-netnews.dvi
7 Inessential Refrigerator Restocking iness.refrig.dvi
8 Inessential Refrigerator Restocking for MORONS iness.refrig.moron.dvi
These should be the most recent versions. There should be no problems
viewing any of these even with Athena's xdvi, except for Using
Discuss, which attempts to use viewscribe, and fails on the decmips
(not that we have many of those.. )-: Hopefully, we'll be able to fix
this sometime soon, but I'm not sure what's being done about it right
now.
