The bug is not in style files but in dvips setup.
Specifically, the file /mit/sipb/lib/tex/ps-config/psfonts.map
needs following lines added:
rpsvl Souvenir-Light
rpsvli Souvenir-LightItalic
rpsvlo Souvenir-LightOblique
rpsvd Souvenir-Demi
rplgk Lubalin-Book
rplgko Lubalin-BookOblique
rplgd Lubalin-Demi
This should fix most of the problems.
I don't really know what's the deal with small caps versions (psvlc and plgkc).
dvips generates them authomatically, without the entries (ie, only .tfm
files are needed) so I expect that too to be fixed by the above.
All of the above files have .tfm files in /mit/sipb/lib/tex/fonts/tfm.
I don't know if these are OK and up to date (Rhu?)
