OK, so I messed up.

1) the Lubalin* font name is LubalinGraph-*.
2) OK, Souvenir has no oblique fonts.

here comes the New, Improved, Corrected and Tested version (tm):

rpsvl	Souvenir-Light
rpsvli	Souvenir-LightItalic
rpsvlo	Souvenir-Oblique "/Souvenir-Light .167 SlantFont"
rpsvd	Souvenir-Demi
rplgk	LubalinGraph-Book
rplgko	LubalinGraph-BookOblique
rplgd	LubalinGraph-Demi

The "magic number" for slant is chosen more or less arbitrarily,
since I don't know the number used for generating the TFM file
(/mit/sipb/lib/tex/fonts/tfm/psvlo.tfm). It should be close, and it
seems to work.

If Rhu remembers what the magic number is, that should be installed
in the file. If not, I can generate a new .tfm file to match .167,
but I'm not going to do it now because I'll probably want to play
with fixing the font's encoding. [ie it will take some time.]
