Speaking of TeX 3.0 required for dvips stuff, perhaps we should update
the macros & such in the SIPB locker to be the latest stuff, to match
what's built for Athena. I've discovered at least one case where the
split of definitions between art10.sty and article.sty differ between
the stuff in Athena's lib and the stuff in SIPB's lib.
What I'd suggest is that we get the latest & greatest of the official
LaTeX styles, and put them (along with updated lplain.fmt/plain.fmt for
bigtex) into the SIPB macro directory.
