        Hmm -- in our chapters case when we had mid-semester vacancies,
we elected replacements.  However, since it is the summer, I believe that
you could probably get away with selecting or holding a fast election for  a
replacement FOR THE SUMMER.  And then at your first meeting hold
nominations for filling the position for next semester.
