Well, it's tough to say what we normally do, because rules seem to change
with each new Membership V.P. and President. (Which is why I created a
committee to revise the by-laws.) Normally, these two officers have assumed
the power to waive requirements for individual pledges. We, of course, only
do so in special cases, but it does happen sometimes. But, if anyone else
out there has definite policies, I'd love to have advice for our by-laws.
