Here at Phi chapter, pledges are only allowed to wear Alpha Phi Omega written o
ut.  They are not allowed to wear the greek letters until brotherhood.  Traditi
onally, on the night of initiation into the brotherhood, the big gives the litt
le his/her first set.  As for whether or not the letters should be blue and gol
d... I ahve letters that range from Blue and Gold to ones that look like rain-
bow bright threw up.  The colors of the letters do not matter, the only thing t
hat does matter is that I wear my letters with pride because I believe in what
they represent.
