It's great to see so many people responding by getting registered in
the past few days! Since many of those registrations have been
unpaid, I wanted to send out a reminder that all registrations must
be paid by the deadlines or the spot will not be held. If you are
planning to send a check, please be sure it arrives to the National
Office BEFORE the deadline. That's arrives, not postmarked. If you
would like to pay by credit card but are not comfortable entering it
on the web site, you may call the National Office and register by phone.
In case you're wondering why this is so strict, the Fraternity must
pay the hotel for those spots in advance. As the cost of Serve is
already subsidized heavily by money from AAMDs, it's just not
possible to cover someone who registers but does not get their money
in on time. Really timely payment is just another way of being of
service to the Fraternity!
Just as a reminder here are the last days to register for each event again.
LA Serve (June 9-11) May 16
Indianapolis (June 23-25) May 18
Greensboro, NC (July 14-16) June 13
Marlbourgh, MA (Boston, July 21-23) June 18
(Yes, we were able to get a week's extension on the LA site because
of the lateness of the arrangements.)
Remember to pay your registration in order to guarantee your spot!
