just a side note....regarding student involvement....

the curret board setup does not prohibit student or active board members.
Traditionally, board members are alumni that have risen through the ranks.
However, there is no bylaw provision prohibiting a student from running and
being elected to the board of directors under the current system.

the proposed board proposal would make a student position a requirement.
