I'm the sponsor for a brand new Interest Group, and when we started last
year, one of the first things we had sent to the appropriate campus official
(Dean of Student Life) was his own copy of the "Guide to Beginning a New
Chapter" commonly referred to as the BANC. Although designed with the
sponsor in mind, it has all the pertinent documents a campus official would
be interested in as an introduction to the fraternity; and as extension
chair you should at leats be aware of everything it contains.
