Rob,
Cold Calling Campuses.

I know there has been such a folder in the past (it was blue on white, I
think), in fact the folder itself was recruitment as it had quotes from
Campus Officials who liked us. I'm not sure if was quite as forward as your
idea (requesting meeting space) though. In general as far as I've heard ,
those folders have been mailed from the National Office to specific schools
chosen by the Section/Region or hand carried to a meeting with Campus
officials by the appropriate extension personnel.

APO to HS students.

We certainly aren't going to able to cover all of the HS students in the
country, so we target. National Order of the Arrow Conference, for example,
has a higher percentage of those who would be interested. The key there
might be presentations to large groups of HS students who have made service
commitments: Would we be able to present at the 2005 Key Club Convention in
Atlanta? I don't know. Habitat and Alternative Spring Break have
participants, any way we can recruit from those groups? Any get-together of
Senior GS?

As for checking which schools have the Fraternity, the Q&A has a list in the
back. While they are issued biannually, they aren't that far behind.

Don't know about a power point presentation.
