[APO-L] Spam from TogaTickets.com?

Brothers -
I'm just wondering if others on this list have just recently received an unsolicited e-mail advertisement (i.e. spam) from TogaTickets.com. This was NOT sent via APO-L, but the nature of the communication made me wonder if someone had utilized the list of subscribers by joining APO-L and downloading it from the LISTSERV.
Either way, the list of APO-L subscribers has now been locked down, and is only accessible to the list owners - Ellen Kranzer, Mark Stratton and myself. Previously it was available to all subscribers.
In the future, please let me know if you feel you have a need to see the subscriber list, and I'll be happy to work with you. Otherwise I think this will be a positive move to further reduce the chance of all 368 of us being spammed or other inappropriate use of this information.
